In August 2025, Organic Garden achieved a significant milestone by receiving New Zealand's official FernMark Certification (Silver Fern Certification), the government's highest quality endorsement for products representing New Zealand's values and standards on the global stage.

The FernMark License, administered by New Zealand Trade and Enterprise (NZTE), is only granted to companies that meet six strict criteria:

✓ be GST registered in New Zealand

✓ be compliant with all New Zealand laws and relevant regulations

✓ be of good character and repute

✓ have a substantial level of New Zealand ownership, governance and full timeemployees

✓ have been exporting for a minimum of 12 monthsown or control the products and brands it is applying for.
